The nominal attendance fee for manufacturers once the free places are full is $450. Payment Terms: Following completion and return of the registration form, full payment is required within five days from the invoice date or prior to the event if this is sooner. All registrations must provide a credit card number as a guarantee at the time of booking in order to secure your place. We reserve the right to charge your card in full if payment is not received in accordance with these payment terms. We reserve the right to refuse admission if full payment is not received in accordance with these terms.	*FREE:** This event is strictly by invitation only. There are a limited number of FREE places to the conference and workshop which are reserved for pharmaceutical manufacturers and biotechs only. VIBevents reserves the right to allocate places, refuse applications, or to charge a nominal attendance fee for pharmaceutical manufacturers and biotechs of $450 for the conference once the number of complimentary places have been exceeded. All fees must be paid in advance.	Cancellations: All cancellations must be received in writing and confirmed by VIBevents. Please quote the reference code CCSD1008. Cancellations made up to and including 19 September 2008 are subject to a 50% administration fee. Thereafter the full event fee is payable and non-refundable. Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation and does not affect your obligation to pay. All bookings carry a 50% cancellation liability immediately after a signed sales contract has been received by VIBevents. By signing this contract, the client agrees to these terms. Substitute delegates are welcome at any time at no extra charge, but must be confirmed in writing prior to the event. Cancellation of a free place or failure to attend as a free delegate will be subject to a cancellation fee of $499.	Indemnity: Should the conference be restructured, postponed or cancelled for reasons or circumstances beyond our control, VIB events reserves the right to reschedule the event and/or withdraw delegates’ attendance upon written notice to you. If your attendance is withdrawn by VIBevents or the event is cancelled you will receive a full refund of your fee. This contract is subject to English Law.
